The Deryneia County Council renders all possible services to numerous visitors who decide to take their vows at its Registry.

The Mayor and the Councilors take part in the wedding receptions thus helping with the creation of a warm and happy atmosphere for the occasion.

Documents required

     • Passports

     • Birth Certificates – Applicants must be 18 years old or more. Younger applicants must have written parental consent signed by a Notary Public.

     • Certificate from a Registry Office indicating that the person is single / free to get married.

     • Decree Absolute (original) in case of a previous marriage, Death Certificate in the case of Widow / Widower.

     • Copies of passports of your witnesses.

     • The exact date and time of wedding ceremony is agreed upon during your visit to the Deryneia Registry.

Fees:

CYP € 281, 92 must be paid during your visit to Deryneia Registry.

The Ceremony

     • The Ceremony is a short Civil Service accompanied by the favorite music of your choice.

     • The Marriage Certificate is signed by the couple and two witnesses and handed over to you immediately.
